[RO] Hello! Cum mai sunteți azi? Sper că vă veți bucura de week-end. În schimb, eu chiar mi-aș dori să transmit un mesaj către cadrele didactice din învățământul preuniversitar. Și parcă văd că va ieși un articol din acela gen să-mi iau doar legume și injurii. De unde mi-a venit ideea articolului? De la o conversație avută week-end-ul trecut la care am adăugat experiență proprii și alte discuții avute mai demult. Știu, am momente în care fac introducere de 3 cuvinte și alte dăți fac introducere de câteva pagini. Rezistați cu mine, vă rog.
Bun, în cuvinte foarte simple mi-aș dori să le transmit cadrelor didactice să fie mai calme la catedră, să nu mai strige atât de mult la copii, să nu îi mai facă în fel și chip pe elevi (adică să-i jignească, să-i înjure) și să nu li se mai pună pica pe anumiți elevi în particular să le dea aproape numai note de 1, 2, 3 sau 4 și abia să-i mai scoată din corigențe semestriale sau pe toamnă într-un întreg ciclu. Nu mi se pare corect deloc toate aceste situații care pot lăsa urme adânci în personalitatea celor ce vi-au trecut prin mâini. Înțeleg că sunteți frustrați, înțeleg că din punctul vostru de vedere credeți că ne faceți un mare serviciu, dar eu, personal, nu cred că e așa. Și în plus, sistemul actual de învățământ nu ne face nici nouă o favoare prea mare, dar nici vouă. În continuare, mi-ar plăcea să încerc a vă explica din punctul meu de vedere ce și cum.
Ok, să încep cu strigatul și zbieratul la clasă. Credeți-mă nici la 28 de ani câți am acum nu mi se pare normal ca cineva să înceapă să strige și să zbiere la mine pe de gratis sau doar pentru că nu sunt oglindirea perfectă a gândurilor și mentalităților celui care face asta. E un stimulent senzorial foarte disturbant chiar și pentru un adult; atunci, imaginați-vă cât poate fi de deranjant pentru un copil să faceți așa ceva. Pur și simplu induceți frică și panică într-un copil de 3 ani zbierând la el. Și ce face un copil atât de mic când începi să zbieri la el și-l panichezi? Începe să plângă deoarece nu are alte mecanisme de apărare și eliberare. Mai departe, tu continui să zbieri la săracul copil blocat în panică, iar copilul plânge în continuare. Bravo, ai intrat într-o spirală infinită. Esti multumit, cadrule didactic? Pe lângă faptul că plânsul celui mic te frustrează și te deranjează pe tine, ca și adult, hai să îți explic pe scurt și ce consecințe are comportamentul tău asupra copilului. Copilul va crește și se va dezvolta cu o permanentă frică față de toți oamenii cu care intră în contact. Își va dori să fie perfect în ochii fiecărui alt om cu care intră în contact. Pur și simplu se va pierde pe el / ea însuși făcând asta. Va dezvolta anxietate și depresie ca o consecință; și asta s-ar putea să fie doar partea cea mai puțin rea a situației.
De ce să nu îți jignești și să nu îți înjuri elevii? Oare de ce? În primul rând, bunul simț. Ție ți-ar plăcea să fii jignit și înjurat constant doar pentru că exiști sau pentru că ai meseria pe care o ai? Iarăși, dacă vorbim despre un copil mic, de grădiniță, acesta va și începe să plângă, deoarece la nivel subconștient va înțelege ceva din ce se întâmplă și că nu e normal, dar la nivel conștient nu va realiza ce se întâmplă deoarece încă nu e îndeajuns de dezvoltat cognitiv. Iar dacă o faci în fața copiilor mai mari, de vârstă școlară, aceștia își vor pierde stima de sine în loc să și-o clădească. Mai pe șleau, dacă tu, cadrule didactic, îi reamintești zilnic copilului că e prost doar pentru că nu îți întrunește propriile standarde mai realiste sau mai nerealiste, atunci va ajunge să se considere astfel. Și nu uita, cadrule didactic, că fiecare copil are propriul ritm de dezvoltare și propriile abilități și puncte slabe deoarece toți suntem unic, chiar și când vine vorba despre gemeni identici. Căci dacă am fi toți la fel, eu consider că toți am fi clona celuilalt, nu ar mai exista nici măcar diferențierea pe genuri (sexe).
Și acum, să trec la partea cea mai savuroasă din punctul meu de vedere, căci e puțin orientată și spre unul dintre marile mele ofuri la adresa învățământului românesc. Nu îi pot înțelege pe acei profesori cărora li se pune pata pe elevii slabi la materia pe care o predau și îi ține doar în note mici, chiar din corigență în corigență. Ce aveți, cadrelor didactice, cu acești elevi? Puteți voi înțelege faptul că poate materia pe care o predați le-a fost impusă la profilul dorit? Chiar nu înțeleg de ce să refuzați un câcat de 5 elevilor slabi doar pentru că sunt slabi la materia voastră impusă de către sistemul de învățământ românesc când elevii respectivi au venit la profilul la care au venit pentru alte materii; și zic de note de 5 dacă e cazul de materie de BAC, că dacă e vorba de o materie de umplutură, ca să ai și tu din ce să trăiești, profesorule, atunci mă aștept măcar la un 9. Adică dacă eu, Anda Darie, vreau să urmez o facultate de medicină, vreau neapărat să fac câte 4 - 5 ore de biologie și de chimie, ambele materii de nivel avansat, eventual vreo 4 ore de română plus 2 ore la 2 limbi străine; nu înțeleg de ce trebuie să fac matematică la nivel de vreo 90% din nivelul celor de mate-info, nu înțeleg de ce eu trebuie să fac și informatică, și istorie, și geografie, și fizică. și economie, și logică, și psihologie, și religie, și filozofie, din fiecare dintre materiile enunțate anterior o oră pe săptămână când multe profiluri umane comasează toate orele de științe realiste într-o singură materie - umbrelă din care și din aia bagă o singură oră pe săptămână. De ce există chestia asta? Și de ce trebuie eu să merg după majoritatea celor din clasă. Credeți că n-or să mai existe în alte clase încă vreo mână de elevi care să-și dorească ce-mi doresc eu și să se creeze așa o clasă pentru materia respectivă?
În fine, acesta a fost rentul meu pentru acest articol. Știu, a fost lung, și pe mine m-a obosit crearea lui, dar zic că a meritat, mă simt și eu mai eliberată.

It does not seem right to me at all because these situations can leave deep traces in the personality of those who have passed through your hands. I understand that you are frustrated, I understand that from your point of view you think you are doing us a great job, but I personally do not think so. And besides, the current education system is not doing us too much favor, but not you. Next, I would like to try to explain from my point of view what and how.
Okay, let's start by shouting and screaming in class. Believe me not even at the age of 28 as I am now it does not seem normal for someone to start yelling and screaming at me for free or just because I am not the perfect mirror of the thoughts and mindsets of the person who does this. It is a very disturbing sensory stimulant even for an adult; then imagine how annoying it can be for a child to do such a thing. Simply, you induce fear and panic in a 3-year-old child by yelling at him / her. And what does a little kid do when you start yelling at him and panicking himself / herself? They start to cry because they have no other defense and release mechanisms. Further, you continue to yell at the poor child trapped in panic, and the child continues to cry. Oh, well, congratulation, you have entered an infinite loop. Are you satisfied, teacher? Besides the fact that crying for the little one frustrates you and upsets you, as an adult, let me briefly explain to you and what consequences your behavior has on the child. The children will grow and develop with a permanent fear of all the people they come in contact with. They will want to be perfect in the eyes of every other human being they come in contact with. They will simply lose themselves in doing so. They will develop anxiety and depression as a consequence; and that might just be the least bad part of the situation.
Why not offend and swear your students? I'm wondering why? First, common sense. And would you like to be constantly offended and swear just because you exist or because you have the job you have? Again, if we talk about small, kindergarten children, they will start crying because at the subconscious level they will understand something is happening and that is not normal, but at the conscious level they will not realize what is happening because they are not old enough to be fully developed cognitively. And if you do it in front of older children of school age, they will lose their self-esteem instead of building it. In addition, if you, a teacher, remind the child on a daily basis that he is stupid just because he does not meet your own more realistic or less realistic standards, then they will be considered themselves so. And don't forget, as a teacher, that each child has his or her own rate of development and abilities and weaknesses because we are all unique, even when it comes to identical twins. Because if we were all the same, I think we would all be the clone of the other, there would not even be differentiation by gender.
And now, to go to the tastiest part from my point of view, because it is a little oriented to one of the greatest weaknesses of the Romanian education system. I can not understand those teachers who put the spot on the weak students to the subject they teach and keep them only in small marks, even to fails those students semester by semester. What do you, the teachers, have with these students? Can you understand that the subject you are teaching may have been imposed on the desired profile? I really do not understand why do you refuse a mark of 5 to weaker students just because they are weak on your subject imposed by the Romanian education system when the respective students came to the profile they came for other subjects; and I say 5 marks if it is the case of BAC subjects; if it is a filling subjects, so that you also have something to live on, teacher, then I expect at least a 9. And in this chapter, my biggest issue is that the system does not let you choose your own subjects and the level of the subject. That is, if I, Anda Darie, want to attend a medical school, I would love to take 4 - 5 hours of biology and chemistry, both advanced subjects, possibly about 4 hours of Romanian plus 2 hours in 2 foreign languages; I do not understand why I have to do mathematics at the level of about 90% of the level of mathematics-computer science le, I do not understand why I have to do computer science, and history, and geography, and physics. and economics, and logic, and psychology, and religion, and philosophy, from each of the aforementioned subjects one hour a week when many human profiles combine all the hours of realistic science into an umbrella subject and they take just one hour a week.
